Assisted Living residents at Forest Glen receive an individualized care plan based on their own specific needs. Many residents in Assisted Living require support with their personal care needs which may include dressing, bathing, eating/meal preparation, transferring and incontinence care. Additional services include housekeeping, medication administration, laundry service and ongoing monitoring of healthcare needs. At Forest Glen we take pride in caring for individuals physically, emotionally and spiritually.
The decision to move to a Senior Community is often a difficult one. For many seniors, a community environment is the right choice when they can no longer live independently. Forest Glen communities offer a variety of options for Seniors at all stages to ensure a vibrant and fulfilled life.
Our pricing is determined based on the type of room a resident resides in as well as their level of care provided each day. Detailed pricing information is available on each of our individual community websites.
An initial assessment is completed prior to a resident moving into Forest Glen. The score of this assessment determine which of our ten levels of care a resident will receive. The level of care assessment I conducted by the clinical leadership of our program and is revisited regularly to ensure we are providing the appropriate level of service for each resident.
Forest Glen residents are evaluated regularly by our clinical team to ensure that we are properly meeting their needs. Individual care plans are adjusted as resident needs evolve over time; a level of care assessment is completed regularly to determine the amount of care needed to properly allocate our care.
